Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by DMARCMaster ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

DMARCMaster provides technical setup and configuration services for self-hosted email infrastructure, including but not limited to PowerMTA installation, MailWizz configuration, DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and server provisioning.

2. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR.

• You must not send unsolicited bulk email (spam) using servers configured by us.
• You must ensure all recipients have opted in to receive emails from you.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate support if we discover our infrastructure setup is being used for illegal activities, phishing, or spam.

3. No Guarantee of Inbox Placement

While we configure your infrastructure using industry best practices (Authentication, IP Warmup strategies, etc.), email deliverability depends on various factors including your content, list quality, and recipient behavior. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee 100% inbox placement.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DMARCMaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

5. Payments and Refunds

Services are billed as agreed upon in your invoice. Due to the nature of digital setup services and server provisioning costs, refunds are generally not provided once the server setup process has commenced, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms.
